If a class needs to be missed I will contact Center Stage Academy with as much advanced notice as possible. I acknowledge that missing multiple consecutive rehearsals without previous instructor approval, or arriving to class consistently unprepared could result in the loss of my child’s casted part. Should this action need to take place, my card on file will be automatically charged a $200 recasting fee. By signing this contract I understand that my child is committing to perform in our end of season musical. If my child needs to resign from the musical at any time my card on file will be charged a $200 recasting fee. Expense Agreement Monthly Expenses: I understand the monthly tuition costs as they have been disclosed to me. Seasonal Expenses: All enrollment fees are due upon registration. This enrollment includes a shirt, script, & registration for each cast member. This fee also contributes toward paying guest judges at our casting auditions. I understand that any necessary shirt or script replacements are $30 each. Additional scripts must be specially ordered by the director and unauthorized copies are not allowed or tolerated. I understand that costume total balances are due with September tuition. Costume balances will be disclosed to me ahead of time on my performer's audition paperwork and I will be offered an optional finance plan at that time. If I do not opt in to the optional finance plan, I give Center Stage Academy permission to automatically charge my card for the costume total with September tuition. Any casting restrictions (relating to costume budget) for my child must be discussed with the director prior to casting auditions. **Customized payment plans will be offered after casting.** Parent Code of Conduct Casting for musical theater is a very exciting and involved process. By signing this contract I understand that every child registered in Center Stage Academy is accepted into a program, however casting of particular characters or types of roles is determined by the judging panel and not guaranteed. I understand that my student is expected to do their best and participate 100% regardless of the role they desired. I understand that fighting with another parent, staff member, or child will result in my and my child’s immediate dismissal from the program. I understand that bullying or ridiculing anyone in the musical theater program (student, staff, or to other parents) is inappropriate and not tolerated. Doing so will lead to me and my child’s immediate dismissal from the program. Should I need to personally address any concerns I have regarding the musical theater program, I will contact Center Stage or Miss Katherine directly and request a time be scheduled to meet outside of the classroom.
