By signing this contract I understand that every Encore student registered in Center Stage Academy is accepted into the program and casted in the musical. However, casting of particular characters or types of roles is determined through an audition process.* I understand. Fighting with a staff member or student will result in my immediate dismissal from the program.* I understand. Should I need to personally address any concerns I have regarding musical theater program, I will contact Center Stage or Miss Katherine directly and request a time be scheduled to meet outside of the classroom. I agree to address my concerns in a patient, respectful manner and never in front of other students.* I agree. I understand that reading Center Stage remind texts, emails, and handouts in their entirety is required.* Yes. By signing this contract, I am accepting that I will attend all scheduled rehearsals arriving prepared and on time. If a class needs to be missed I will contact Miss Katherine with as much advanced notice as possible and request absence approval. I acknowledge that missing multiple consecutive rehearsals without previous instructor approval or arriving to class consistently unprepared could result in the loss of my casted part. Should this action need to take place, my card on file will be automatically charged a $200 recasting fee.* I understand. I understand that any necessary script replacements (or if turned in passed the due date) are $90.00 each. Additional scripts needed must be specially ordered by the director and unauthorized copies are not allowed or tolerated.* Yes. I understand that costume charges will begin with March tuition. Costume balances will be disclosed and discussed with me ahead of time. I understand that I will be offered an optional finance plan for my costumes and if I do not opt into the finance plan, my card will be automatically charged for the balance with March tuition.* Yes. I understand that costuming estimates are $90-$200 per costume, depending on the role. (These are estimates only)* Yes. A $35 performance fee will be collected with April tuition. I understand that this fee is required to participate in the season musical and is used for venue and production costs. I agree that this amount will be automatically debited from my card on file with April tuition.* Yes. By signing this contract I am accepting the terms above and I understand the costs associated with participation as they have been disclosed to me.
