Commitment to the Season

Once a role is offered and accepted, participation in the full season is mandatory. This includes rehearsals, performances, and required program activities.

Professionalism & Expectations

CSA expects a high level of professionalism from all Encore performers. This includes:

• Maintaining a positive, supportive attitude

• Prompt and complete attendance

• Consistent at-home study to memorize music, choreography, and script content

• Respectfully following direction from all instructors, directors, and production staff

Volunteer Hour Requirement

I understand that participation in the Encore program includes a required 16 volunteer hours during the season. Volunteer opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

• Ushering for other CSA productions

• Backstage and show support

• Studio cleaning and organization

• Set building, painting, and production assistance

• Additional opportunities as they arise throughout the season

Conflicts & Communication

Any additional conflicts that arise during the season must be communicated to the director for approval as early as possible. Approval is not guaranteed, and late notice may impact casting or continued participation.

Script Care & Return

Scripts issued to cast members remain the property of Center Stage Academy and must be returned at the end of the season in good condition. This includes:

• Removing pencil markings and tabs

• Taking reasonable care of the script throughout the season

• A replacement fee of $50 per script will be charged if a script is lost or returned damaged.
